AsianHotelier.Org values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and disclosed across the AsianHotelier.Org platform and related services operated by AH Organisation Sdn Bhd.
We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the site and updating the revision date above. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and deactivate your account.
This policy covers information collected through the platform via any device (desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet, and so on). It does not apply to integrated third-party products or services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Credit card information is processed through third-party encryption services and is not stored by the platform.
If a subscription lapses, the customer's account is downgraded to the free version of the services. Free accounts that remain inactive for 365 days are permanently deleted, with reminder notifications provided beforehand.
Your profile displays personal information according to your account preferences. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We will, however, disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials where necessary for legal compliance or safety.
Our services are not directed to children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
Access & rectification. You may request access to, correction of, or limitation on the processing of your personal data, subject to applicable law.
Updating information. You can modify your account data through the “My Profile” menu in your account.
Erasure. You may request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@asianhotelier.org. We will erase data when it is no longer necessary, when consent is withdrawn, or where required by law — retaining only what is needed for legal claims or compliance.
Unsubscribe. You can opt out of marketing emails using the “unsubscribe” link in any message.
The platform reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
