Nathan, is a seasoned hotelier and trainer whose career story is one of the most compelling in the industry rising from housekeeping room attendant in 1989 to General Manager over the course of 30 years. That ground-up journey gives him an authentic and complete understanding of hotel operations at every level, and it is the foundation upon which his work as a trainer and facilitator is built. When Nathan speaks about the realities of hospitality, he speaks from lived experience at every rung of the ladder.
Armed with an MBA and a membership with the Malaysia Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC), Nathan combines academic rigour with real-world insight to deliver training that is practical, engaging, and results-driven. His areas of focus span leadership development, sales and marketing, customer service excellence, team building, and career growth all framed through the lens of someone who has navigated every stage of a hospitality career himself.
