Irwan is a hospitality professional and leadership facilitator with over 20 years of experience across hotel operations, human resources, and people development. He began his career on the ground working across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, HR, and sales and it is this lived experience that gives his work as a trainer and coach its authenticity and relevance. Long before stepping into facilitation, Irwan was navigating the day-to-day realities that many hospitality professionals face, and that perspective continues to shape everything he does.
As a facilitator, Irwan creates environments where people feel safe to pause, reflect honestly, and take meaningful action. His approach is practical and people-centred guiding participants to examine how they think, respond, and make decisions, and to reconnect their work to what truly matters: purpose, values, and people. He holds an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer credential, a Certified ICF Coach, a Certified ESG Practitioner designation, and is an Associate Member of the Malaysia Institute of Management.
