Derek has recently been appointed as the Hotel Manager for St Regis Jakarta, a landmark development within Capital City of Indonesia.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Catering Management from the University of Toulouse in France, Derek worked previously as the Complex EAM F&B for The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, The Regis Langkawi and the Langkawi International Convention Centre (LICC).
Prior to that he has held senior F&B roles at the following hotels: –

To cap off his achievements, Derek is a sommelier certified by the internationally renowned Court of Master Sommeliers and a wine specialist acknowledged by the Society of Wine Educators.
