Alison is a Food and Beverage leader with a 25-year career spanning the full breadth of F&B operations across internationally branded hotels in Sabah, Kuala Lumpur. Beginning as a waitress at Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu in 1998, she progressed steadily through supervisor, certified butler, outlet manager, assistant manager and now as the Food & Beverage Manager.
Along the way she constantly kept with her passion for learning and training her team. A testament would she completing her HRDC Train the Trainer program. She has also the been the Chairman of the Halal Implementation Committee and is well verred with Halal Certifcation Process.
As an Industry Advisor, Alison brings a richly practical perspective on food and beverage operations, team development, and Halal governance making her a valuable voice for hospitality professionals seeking to build careers in one of the industry’s most dynamic and guest-facing disciplines.
