Ahmad Fauzi Arshad is a culinary professional and hospitality educator whose career uniquely bridges kitchen practice and academic instruction. Holding a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Culinary Arts Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, he built his early career across hotel and food service kitchens in Malaysia and Singapore with a particularly distinctive chapter as Embassy Chef at the Malaysian Embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, an experience that broadened both his culinary repertoire. His passion for culinary excellence was evident early, having won medals at numerous national and regional competitions.
Since 2020, Ahmad Fauzi has transitioned into culinary education, bringing his industry experience into the classroom across several hospitality institutions in Malaysia. He also holds a Halal Executive membership with Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia.
