Accorded a Hon Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA®) by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in 2017 for the development of the AHLEI courses and certification and contribution to the industry in Malaysia. One of the only 6 in the world to be accorded this honorary certification.
The experience in working as a CEO in a global organisation has provided a ‘client and business’ perspective to the consulting and advisory service experiences gained. The key roles of monthly closings, quarterly reporting, management reporting, budgeting, asset custody were also strict disciplines that were managed and controlled.
Currently serving as President and CEO as well as major shareholder and director of a hospitality management consultancy company as well as publisher, head hunting and training services.
