Beginning his career at Shangri-La Golden Sands Resort Penang in 2005, he built a strong foundation in front office and butler services before advancing through guest relations, front office management, and ultimately luxury residential operations a career arc that reflects both deliberate growth and a consistent pursuit of excellence across some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands including Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, Rotana, Four Seasons, GHM Hotels, Capella, and Marriott International.
