A highly experienced professional with over 28 years of management experience in project planning, service quality and operations including driving new business segments in the hospitality industry with leading international luxury hotel groups Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-la, a integrated resort and the healthcare industry, Parkway Group Healthcare, both locally and overseas. Strong background in start-ups/pre-opening planning, auditing, costings and operations. Serena has been a member of the pre-opening team for over 10 new projects.
Serena has held various leadership positions in the hospitality and healthcare industries with her last position as Senior Vice President, Healthcare and Hospitality at one of the largest support services providers in Singapore.
Serena is a graduate from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland.
