Ruth is currently the Senior Vice President of Learning & Development for Azimuth Centre of Excellence Sdn Bhd, an international company which is dedicated to creating customized training and Human Resources consultancy for corporate clients using disruptive methodologies.
Before embarking on this venture, Ruth has more than 30 years of experience working with hoteliers in the Asia Pacific region both in the capacity as the Head of Human Resources or as a Consultant in the field of HR and L&D Projects.
She has worked across multiple cultures and layers within organizations, spanning years to instill a culture of creating shared value for communities. During this period, she spearheaded the organization’s culture to focus on sustainability and outreach, implementing programs that instilled a sense of community and sustainability of the environment in her employees.
She looks forward to serving her industry by bringing a different perspective to the younger generation of hoteliers who want to rise the ladder and have drive and passion to be internationally recognized.
